Ticket Information

The Family Tubing package includes two adult tickets and two junior (under 16) tickets. Under 5’s are free if sharing a tube with an adult, or a separate under 5’s ticket can be purchased for a mini tube. Tubing tickets can be purchased online or on the day at the ticket office. The first tubing session is at 09:30am and the last is at 16:00pm.

What to expect

The tubing sessions are 30 minutes long and we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.

Your instructor for the session will meet you at the bottom of the tubing slope and will go through the safety rules and provide you with a helmet and tube. Please note helmets are mandatory and must be worn while on the tubing slope.

Your family and friends are free to spectate from the side of the slope at the bottom, or they can watch from the upper level of the café.

Conditions

The speed of the tubing slope can be affected by the weather. In periods of heavy rain, it sometimes won’t be possible to go all the way from the top. However, the slope is generally much faster and more exciting in the rain so don’t be put of attending your session if weather is poor.

Magic Carpet

The magic carpet is there to assist with getting you and your tube back up the slope. Please note that in certain weather conditions the magic carpet will not operate and you will need to pull your tube up the slope.

What to wear

You must wear appropriate shoes. No open toe shoes, no heels. Keep in mind that the slope is slippery!

Weather appropriate clothing is recommended.
