    What to Expect

    • Sessions last 30 minutes.
    • Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.
    • Your instructor will meet you at the bottom of the slope for a safety briefing and will provide your helmet and tube.
    • Helmets are mandatory and must be worn at all times on the tubing slope.

Friends and family are welcome to watch from:

    • the side of the slope, or
    • the upper level of the café.

    Weather & Slope Conditions

The speed of the tubing slope can vary depending on the weather.

During heavy rain, it may not always be possible to start from the very top of the slope. However, wet conditions often make the slope faster and more exciting, so sessions will usually continue in poor weather.

    Magic Carpet Lift

The magic carpet helps transport riders and tubes back up the slope.

Please note that due to weather conditions or maintenance, the magic carpet may occasionally be unavailable. In these cases, tubes will need to be pulled back up the slope manually.

    What to Wear

    Please wear:

    • suitable footwear (no open-toe shoes or heels)
    • weather-appropriate clothing

The slope surface can be slippery, so practical outdoor clothing is recommended.

What to expect

The tubing sessions are 30 minutes long and we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.

Your instructor for the session will meet you at the bottom of the tubing slope and will go through the safety rules and provide you with a helmet and tube. Please note helmets are mandatory and must be worn while on the tubing slope.

Your family and friends are free to spectate from the side of the slope at the bottom, or they can watch from the upper level of the café.

Conditions

The speed of the tubing slope can be affected by the weather. In periods of heavy rain, it sometimes won’t be possible to go all the way from the top. However, the slope is generally much faster and more exciting in the rain, so don’t be put off attending your session if the weather is poor.
