Sledging at Glencoe Mountain

Sledging

From mid Dec to late April free sledging is available at Glencoe Mountain Resort. Free Zibob sledges (which are suitable for all ages) are provided along with a prepared sledging slope with adjacent magic carpet to transport you effortlessly back up to the top of the slope.

The sledging area is on the Plateau at a height of around 2300ft so you will need to purchase a return ticket on the Access Chairlift to get to it. Return Chairlift tickets are £20 Adults, £15 Children and Family (2 + 2) £65. Tickets can be bought either online or from the ticket office on arrival.

The sledging slope is around a 10 minute walk from the top of the Access Chairlift and is right beside the Plateau cafe which is open daily from 10am to 3pm serving hot food and warm drinks.

Please make sure before attending that you have suitable winter clothing for yourself and particularly your children. Our ticket office does sell buffs, hats, gloves and goggles but we don’t always have the correct sizes for young children.

Please always check the latest weather forecasts and our social media updates before visiting as there may be a few days each winter where it’s too windy for the chairlift to run therefore sledging will not be available.

Have fun….
