- Glencoe Mountain Ltd. (the Company) facilities are used at the ticket holder's own risk.
- The Company accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage unless as a direct result of its negligence.
- All customers using the Company chairlifts and tows within the ski area require a valid pass.
- The Company accepts payment via cash, all major credit cards, all major debit cards or cheque (a valid bank card must be produced).
- The Company reserves the right to change prices and services at any time and without notification.
- The pass entitles the holder to the use of all chairlifts, ski-tows and other facilities subject to suitable snow conditions.
- The Company retains the right to close all or any lifts at any time.
- Compensation is only provided for periods when the Company takes the decision to close all lifts and tows and thereby suspend activity.
- When activity is suspended or cancelled pass holders shall be notified and the Company compensation scheme shall come into operation.
- Compensation as a result of suspended or cancelled activity is by way of a voucher scheme.
- Refunds will be given in exceptional circumstances only and are at the management's discretion and will be subject to a 10% administration charge for refund processing.
- Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result in forfeiture of this ticket.
- Tickets are not transferable and remain the property of the Company.
