Glencoe Mountain Resort - the perfect setting for individuals, families and groups.

The resort is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on Rannoch Moor and offers stunning views of the iconic Buchaille Eitive Mhor.

In summer the centre offers mountain biking (Downhill and XC), archery, orienteering, hill-walking, climbing, chairlift rides, photography, trail building, guided walks and home cooked food in the log cabin cafe.

In winter skiing, snowboarding, sledging and avalanche rescue training are available. 19 runs across 7 lifts catering for skiers and boarders of all levels, including the longest and steepest runs in Scotland.

Regular 'Glencoers' will know what a stunning location Glencoe is in and the fantastic skiing and boarding it offers for all levels. Last year we ran a very succesful 'Your Photo' and 'Your Video' section on the website and we plan the same again for 2011/2012. At the end of the season the best photos and best videos submitted during the year will win a day pass valid for the 2012/2013 season.

Upper and middle slopes have 2 - 3" of fresh snow on a firm base. Main basin and Happy Valley are grooming up nicely.... and have great sport on offer. Lower slopes are a bit crusty with pockets of wind blown powder. .
